I have 10+ years of it experience across IT roles. That is not a claim of 10+ years as a Salesforce consultant. Salesforce work here is hands-on: administration, Flow, access, reporting, data cleanup, and process design inside real orgs.
I am a Salesforce Certified Administrator and hold Trailhead All-Star Ranger status on Trailhead. I write configuration so your team can understand and maintain it, and I document what changed.
