1. Privacy as a Core Principle

At SparrowLaunch, we believe that your health data is the most sensitive information you own.CalmFlow: Menopause Tracker is designed as a "local-first" application, meaning your data stays in your control, physically on your device, unless you explicitly choose to share or export it.

2. Data Collection & Transmission

No Health Data Collection: We do not collect, store, or transmit your health logs, symptoms, or personal notes to any servers. There are no user accounts, and we do not require your name or email.

No Analytics/Tracking: We do not use third-party analytics SDKs to track your behavior within the app. We do not track button clicks, screen views, or feature usage.

3. Subscription Processing

Payments and subscriptions are handled by Apple via the App Store. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status. These services may collect technical identifiers required to process your transaction and verify your Pro status.No health data or symptom logs are ever shared with Apple or RevenueCat.

4. Data Storage

All your data is stored locally in an encrypted SQLite database on your mobile device. Because we don't have a server, we cannot recover your data if you lose your phone or delete the app without having a backup.

5. Your Rights: Export & Deletion

You have absolute control over your data:

• Export: You can export all your health observations as a PDF or JSON at any time.
• Deletion in App: You can delete specific entries or all data directly within the app settings.
• App Uninstallation: Deleting the app from your device automatically removes all locally stored data.

6. Children's Privacy

The app is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
