1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading and using CalmFlow: Menopause Tracker (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

CalmFlow: Menopause Tracker is a local-first wellness tracking tool designed to help users monitor menopause symptoms and manage their daily wellbeing. The App does not require user accounts and stores all data locally on the user's device.

3. Wellness Disclaimer

THE APP IS NOT INTENDED TO PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read in the App.

4. Subscriptions

Access to features labeled as "Pro" requires a monthly or yearly subscription. Subscriptions are managed and billed through the Apple App Store. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your App Store Account Settings.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and for backing up your own data. Since the App is local-first, SparrowLaunch cannot recover any data deleted by the user or lost due to device failure.

6. Intellectual Property

The App design, code, and original content are the exclusive property of SparrowLaunch. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SparrowLaunch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the App.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State where SparrowLaunch is registered.
